Unlucky Douglas Blood Orange Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce

Made in conjunction with the Bristol based band Lucky Douglas for their self titled EP launch.

This is the hotter version of the blood orange sauce with loads of flavour and a deep heat to back it up.

Ingredients: Carolina Reaper peppers, garlic, white onion, apple cider vinegar, blood orange juice, acacia honey, lime juice, salt, citric acid, xanthan gum.
